Fantastic value for the products recieved. The delivery happened within 3 days. Delivery company were amazing and placed the trainer indoors. In our case, no box damage just dirty on top. Don't understand why this item was reduced but I'm not complaining. The product is one of the best packed items I've ever seen. Super easy to assemble. The machine seems extremely well made. It is very quiet and smooth.
Things that could be better is the connectivity with app that is needed. The app in which this item links to is awful. It will duplicate the exercise twice and the information is limited. Also, linking the app to Strava or Garmin does not upload to these apps. I emailed the app company and they said that it is only one way information, in other words, Strava or any other linked app will send their information to this app, really pointless as you need it in the other direction. So, anything you do on this elliptical will need to be manually uploaded to third party apps.
Box may have been damaged but the Eliptical cross trainer was fine and of very high quality.
The Grade A box damaged cross trainer was delivered on time and as suggested was in perfect condition still in the original packing. Yes the box was very dirty but the delivery men cleaned most of it before taking it to my gym.
Excellent product in perfect condition just a very dirty box.
Arrived on time, paid less due to box being damaged, however there appeared to be nothing wrong with it. Machine easy to assembly and enjoying working out on it.
