Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need an account to order from our website. However, setting up an account will allow you to view the status of your orders. Creating an account is easy and can be done either at the checkout or by clicking the profile icon the top right of the website.
How long will it take to get my order?
Your fitness equipment will be delivered within 7 to 14 days of your order confirmation.
Do you ship internationally?
No we only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit and debit card payments using Visa and Mastercard as well as Klarna
When will payment be made?
If your credit/debit card is authorised, the payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an e-mail confirming your order has been successful. If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken and you will be notified immediately on the screen that the payment was unsuccessful. You will be asked to provide another method of payment. We will not charge you for any failed payment transactions.
