Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

8.1 If the Customer would like to return a Product, this will need to be formally requested in writing via e-mail by contacting: retail@johnsonfitness.co.uk.
8.2 In the event the Customer returns a Product to us:
(a) as a result of cancelling the Contract within the 7-day cooling-off period (see clause 4.1 above), JHT will process the refund due as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of receiving the goods back. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product(s) in full, including the cost of original delivery. However, the Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
(b) for any other reason (including but not limited to, claiming that the Product(s) is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify the Customer of the refund in writing via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to the Customer via e-mail that the Product(s) is defective. Products returned by the Customer because of a defect will be refunded in full, including the cost of original delivery and the cost incurred by the Customer in returning the item to us.
(c) Change of mind returns are down to the buyer to arrange the return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, sealed with tags, and in its original packaging’ or we can arrange this collection on your behalf for £125 + VAT.
