GRADE A
Grade A New Life products are brand new and unused, where the packaging has become damaged or compromised due to storage and/or transit. As a result, the product is in full working order, there may be signs of minor cosmetic damage, but the functionality of the product remains unaffected.
GRADE B
Grade B New Life Products are brand new, that have been assembled, tested and quality checked by trained technicians. The product may have minor cosmetic damage due to storage and/or transit, but the functionality of the product remains unaffected. (Delivered assembled)
GRADE C
Grade C New Life products have had minor usage. The product is assembled and has been tested and quality checked by trained technicians. The product may have minor cosmetic damage, but the functionality of the product remains unaffected. (Delivered assembled)
GRADE D
Grade D New Life products have wear and tear from general usage but still have plenty of life left in them. They may also have minor cosmetic damage, but the functionality remains unaffected. The product is assembled and has been tested and quality checked by trained technicians. (Delivered assembled)
