Love my new product

I am loving the R50 Recumbent Bike I just purchased. Both my wife and I are taking advantage of the Sprint 8 interval training that came with the bike. There are several other programs that we are also looking forward to as we re-engage into physical activity as we enter our 6th decade of living. I do wish there was a better way to track our progress over time. This is why I gave a 4 star rating and not a 5. Other than that, its a great investment and we are already seeing a ROI.

Bike is smooth and quiet with strong engineering design. My unit came with poorly positioned up sensor on right handle which was assembled poorly and functions inconsistently and the readout is simple and intuitive, but has to be unplugged or it makes ticking noises when not in use. These issues keep a potentially great product rated as good.

This R50 recumbent bike is an exceptionally well designed, solidly built piece of exercise equipment! The screen is beautiful and significantly enhances our workout experience. The Virtual Active and iFit options provide opportunities to travel the world while exercising under the guidance of motivating and knowledgeable instructors. The adjustable seat and back rest help to provide a safe and comfortable experience. Kudos to the folks at Johnson Fitness; R50 is a real winner! I generally dislike exercise routines, but now look forward to my daily workouts and conditioning.. Actually kind of amazing.

I was very pleased with the set-up, and I'm quite impressed with the overall sturdiness of the equipment. It took us some time to set up the accessories, but only because we failed to initially set up our profiles. I'm a little bit disappointed with the meager choices of exercise routines the equipment offers. But that may be something I can add to later. I'll have to look into that.
